We operate the STEALTH platform — a proprietary stack combining a programmatic DSP, customer data platform (CDP), de-anonymization engine, and inventory intelligence layer. Our team runs paid media, audience strategy, and attribution reporting for hundreds of dealerships across the country. Role Overview

Coast Technology is looking for an Account Coordinator — the connective tissue that keeps our client success and advertising teams moving. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and you like being the person who makes sure nothing slips, this is your seat. It's a great role for someone early in their career who wants to learn adtech from the inside and grow fast.

Responsibilities

• Support client success and advertising teams with campaign coordination and reporting
• Keep projects, timelines, and deliverables on track
• Prep performance reports and help translate them for clients
• Handle day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
• Be the organized center that keeps everything moving

Must-Have Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience; internships count
• Exceptionally organized, with strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• Eager to learn marketing, data, and adtech
• A team player who takes ownership

Pluses (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with CRMs, reporting tools, or project management software
• Interest in automotive, RV, marine, or powersports
