ADDITIONAL NOTICE FOR NEVADA RESIDENTS

This additional notice for Nevada residents (“Nevada Notice”) supplements the information in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to persons who are residents of the State of Nevada, as defined in Privacy and Security of Personal Information Chapter of the Nevada Revised Statutes Section 603A (“NPL”). Any terms defined in the NPL have the same meaning when used in this section. Capitalized terms not defined in this Nevada Notice will have the same meaning as in the Privacy Policy.

Personal Information Collected and Purpose of Use

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household (“Personal Information”). Within the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers or have received the following categories of personal information from other businesses.

Identifiers	Name, mailing address, email address, IP address, account name, telephone number, driver’s license number, education, employment, physical characteristics or description, or other similar identifiers.
Protected classification characteristics	Age, race, religious affiliation, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, veteran, military status.
Commercial information	Records of personal property, products, or services purchased of real estate, automobiles, recreational vehicles, and similar products, and purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
Internet	Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer’s interaction with a website or advertisement.
Geolocation data	Postal address, IP address, and the latitude/longitude data of access locations
Inferences drawn from other personal information	Profile reflecting a person’s preferences, attitudes, or interests.

The above categories in the chart (“Category Chart”) are examples of the information we may collect. For all categories, we collect the Personal Information to provide marketing, advertising, and analytics services to automotive and recreational vehicle product and service providers and manufacturers. Your Personal Information may be subject to fewer uses than those listed below. Personal information does not include publicly available information from government records, or deidentified or aggregated consumer information.

Sources, Purposes, and Sharing of Personal Information

We may share all information listed in the Category Chart for our business purposes; however, we do not currently share Sensitive Personal Information. We may disclose your Personal Information to affiliates and third parties to help us process your personal information for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy and this Nevada Notice. When we disclose Personal Information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose of the processing and prevents the recipient from retaining, using, or disclosing the personal information for any purpose other than performing the contract.

We may sell or share all of the information listed in the Category Chart above except for Sensitive Personal Information. The categories of third parties that we may have sold or disclosed the personal information to is outlined in the chart below (“Recipient Chart”):

12 months, we have sold Personal Information in the categories listed in the Categories Chart above except for Sensitive Personal Information. We do not sell Personal Information of persons under age 18.

Recipient Category	Description
Advertising & Marketing Companies	Companies that provide marketing services and advertising services both online and offline. Typically, these companies use data to improve marketing efforts.
Automotive Companies	Car, recreational vehicle, and retailer companies or companies that provide services for cars, recreational vehicles, and similar vehicles such as sales, service, or products.
Data Compiling Companies	Companies that purchase data from other companies and organize the data into descriptive categorizations for use in marketing activities.
Public Institutions	Organizations supporting consumer interests through public programs, government programs, and other related activities.

Sale: In the past 12 months, we have sold Personal Information in the categories listed in the Categories Chart above except for Sensitive Personal Information. We do not sell Personal Information of persons under age 18.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access and correct your Personal Information or opt-out of the sale of Personal Information.
